Todd obtained a jury verdict against Morales Trucking on behalf of Reginald Jackson, a locomotive engineer for BNSF Railway Company, and James Jefferson, a conductor for the BNSF Railway Company, for injuries sustained when the engine they occupied collided with a dump truck on the tracks at a railroad crossing.
