Clint McGuire has a vast amount of experience in railroad, personal injury, trucking accidents and commercial litigation. In his practice, which focuses on representing injured railroad workers and their families, he has prosecuted hundreds of FELA cases, including Safety Appliance Act and Locomotive Inspection Act claims, wrongful death, toxic exposure, hearing loss and repetitive or occupational injuries. Clint grew up in a railroad family. His father has been employed as a conductor for BNSF Railway Company since 1972, and his brother and other family members worked as conductors for Union Pacific Railroad Company.
